How can small oncology cohorts inform patient selection?

This poster shows how biology-first modeling improved response prediction across melanoma, gastric cancer, and KRAS G12C-mutant lung cancer cohorts compared with gene-expression models. By linking predictions to patient-specific sensitivity and resistance biology, the approach generated testable hypotheses to guide patient selection and treatment strategies.
